What BoneAge does

BoneAge estimates pediatric skeletal age from a hand X-ray using a machine learning model, and marks anatomical regions with per-region estimates. It is available as this web app and as mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Privacy

Web app: uploaded images are processed in memory to produce a result and are not stored. No account is required and no analytics or tracking cookies are used.
Mobile apps: all analysis runs entirely on your device. Images you select never leave your phone. Purchased credits are stored only on your device.
Purchases: subscriptions and credits in the mobile apps are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. See Apple's and Google's privacy policies for how they handle payment data.
We do not collect, sell, or share personal data.

Terms of use

Not a medical device. BoneAge is provided for informational and research purposes only. It is not a medical device, has not been reviewed by any regulatory authority, and must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Always consult a qualified clinician.
Accuracy. Estimates are produced by a statistical model with a typical error of several months and can occasionally be substantially wrong. Results carry no warranty of any kind.
Acceptable use. Only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload images containing personal identifying information.
Subscriptions and credits. The "Bone age pro" subscription auto-renews until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A "1 Credit" purchase unlocks one full assessment on the device it was bought on. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of this service.
